The birth of Cheddar Chels

Hi, I'm Chelsea and I know the name of my blog is Cheddar Chels however, I don't really like being called "Chels". A friend of mine gave me that nickname because I was wearing a mustard yellow sweater and yellow is one of my favorite colors. He also knows that being called Chels makes me feel weird. Even typing it out, the computer recognizes that its wrong because its underlined red. Growing up, no one called me by that name. I was given other nicknames but never Chels. 

Anyone can call me Chels, it's not that big of deal for me. Also, Cheddar Chels sounds better than Cheddar Chelsea :)

    Cheddar Chels, that's quite an interesting nickname, but it works! You could totally turn that into a cool design idea, a yellow sweater with a slice of cheese on it.

    Cheddar Chels immediately made me chuckle when i first saw it. It's a pretty cool username. Also very interesting choice of favorite color. Are you a fan of Dwight Schrute? but yellow is also one of my favorite colors.

    Yes, 'Cheddar Chels' sounds cool. 'Cheddar Chelsea' sounds weird. I'll continue calling you Chelsea :-)

    Chels is a great nickname! However, if it sounds kinda weird to you, I'd rather call you Chelsea :)

    It's great that you have a nickname! Not everyone is given one. Some people tend to give themselves a nickname and it isn't something special unless it comes from another person. I think your nickname is cool!

I've been on this art block for a few years now. 2 years or almost 3 years. Once I graduated from high school, I lost the motivation to create. However, as I was looking through my VSCO and I thought it'd be a great idea to paint those photos. I was also watching some Bob Ross videos and those also gave me more motivation. The only problem is, I'm used to painting with acrylic paints and I want to use oil paints. I've tried using oil paints before and it was a mess. Maybe a second chance will make it better? Sweet Mother of Sweetness Honey Toast

It was a hectic week and I needed the perfect place to study at. So I decided to have a little cafe called Cafe Darak. Its a cute little cafe with decors that consists of vintage antiques and with the dim lights, it makes you feel warm and cozy. But before I could sit down and start on my work, I went up to the barista to order some brain fuel food. I’m not a huge coffee drinker so I ordered a green tea ice blend and for dessert, I ordered their famous honey toast that everyone was raving about. 
 The honey toast is to die for. Its a slice of thick warm bread that is sliced into cubes with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, whip cream, and drizzled with honey. The outside was nice and crisp while the inside was very fluffy. Having the bread, ice cream, and the honey in one bite sends you to the heavens. It was perfect.
